Welcome

Welcome to De-Champions College

De-Champions College of Health Science and Technology (DCCHST) is an approved National Diploma health college based in Mararaban Kunini, Lau LGA, Taraba State. We opened in 2024 to close a real gap: the North East needs more trained health workers, and needs them trained well, not rushed through a certificate. Every programme we run sits close to the ratio our name promises, practical work backed by solid classroom teaching, so our students leave able to do the work, not just describe it. Our motto is Health is Wealth, and we mean it as more than a slogan. Health workers keep communities standing. We built DCCHST to produce people who take that responsibility seriously, from public health officers and pharmacy technicians to community health extension workers and the newer technical fields health facilities now depend on. Our mission: To train health workers who can walk into a clinic, a lab, or a community outpost on day one and do the job properly, grounded in sound theory and real hands-on practice. Our vision: To be the health training college of first choice in Taraba State and the wider North East, known for graduates who are competent, disciplined, and job-ready.
